Terms of Service

Effective from: 1 January 2025

1. General provisions

These terms govern the provision of locksmith services by Pan Kluczyk Wanda Kurek, ul. Zwycięzców 14, 78-100 Kołobrzeg, Poland, VAT ID: 671-133-87-71.

2. Scope of services

• Key duplication – residential, car and mailbox keys
• Lock and cylinder installation and replacement
• Master Key systems
• Emergency door and vehicle opening
• Gate remote programming and intercom installation
• CCTV system installation
• Barrier and gate installation
• Emergency battery service
• Smart lock and electronic lock installation

3. Prices and payment

The final price is agreed after inspection. Travel is included in the service price. Invoices are available on request.

4. Complaints

Complaints regarding completed services should be submitted to pankluczykk@gmail.com or by phone at +48 536 775 781 within 14 days of service completion. Complaints are processed within 14 business days.

5. Liability

The service provider is not liable for damage resulting from normal wear of locks or mechanisms. The service provider is liable for damage caused by their fault during the provision of the service.

6. Final provisions

Matters not covered by these terms are governed by applicable Polish law. The terms are available on the service provider's website.
